ABOUT ME

She/her

I graduated with a 1st Class BSc Hons in Psychology from the University of Glasgow in 2017, and an MSc in Sport and Exercise Psychology from Loughborough University in 2018.

During my time at Glasgow I discovered my appreciation for positive psychology and for focussing on the human capacity for strength, thriving, and improved quality of life. I am passionate in my belief that people deserve fulfilment, purpose, and well rounded lives. I work with my clients to reach their potential both personally and through their high performance endeavours.

Personally, I have been surrounded by high performance athletes for much of my life, and I am an avid sports fan with rugby and basketball among my long-standing loves.

Professionally, my approach is built on an evidence based foundation and my training has followed a British Psychological Society (BPS) accredited route. I am a Graduate Member of the BPS, and I am currently training to be registered with the Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) through a Professional Doctorate at the University of Portsmouth. All interactions and advice are underpinned by credible training programs and scientific literature.

My research areas of interest include self-care, self-compassion, and identity.
